•With this update we have slightly adjusted severe t’storm proabilites across portions of the state on today/tonight’s forecast, based real time information, trends and the latest model guidance.
•With this update little to no changes were needed on Saturday/Saturday night’s forecast.

•This Morning – Early Saturday Morning, August 11-12th: All of Illinois.
•Early Saturday Morning – Early Sunday Morning, August 12-13th: Much of Illinois
•Early Sunday Morning – Early Monday Morning, August 13-14th: TBD.
Impacts…
•A level 1 to 2 severe t’storm risk is in place across all of Illinois, from this morning through early Saturday morning. Isolated to widely scattered severe t’storms are likely, posing a risk of damaging winds, large hail and an isolated tornado.
•A level 1 severe t’storm risk is in place across much of Illinois, from early Saturday morning through early Sunday morning. Isolated severe t’storms are likely, posing a risk of damaging winds, large hail and an isolated tornado.
•A severe t’storm risk will exist on Sunday, Aug 12th as well. More specific information regarding the potential on this day is to come in future updates.
