Don’t expect any weather tricks this Halloween, as weather conditions across Illinois for trick-or-treat hours will be anything but spooky, with mostly calm and comfortable weather haunting the state. A few stray rain spirits may wander across Northern Illinois, but most goblins and ghouls will stay dry under a mix of sun and clouds.
Afternoon temperatures rise from the crypt into the mid-50s to near 60°. As night creeps in, the chill of the evening will cast its spell, with temperatures slipping through the 50’s and 40’s.
