•Peak high wind gusts of 35-45MPH will be likely across Northern Illinois from Wednesday morning through Wednesday evening. Locally higher wind gusts of 45-55MPH will be possible.
•Winds will be westerly.
•The high winds will have the potential to blow around light-weight/loose items and may cause isolated tree damage.

•As a potent storm system continues to move through the region, a strong mid and low-level jet will pass overhead on the under-side of an associated through passing through the region. With very deep atmospheric mixing, a period of high synoptic winds will be likely across Northern Illinois between Wednesday morning and Wednesday evening.
