Heat Wave Continues Today 🔥
The ongoing heat wave continues today across the state, with hot temperatures and elevated heat indices once again expected statewide.
Similar to the past few days, high temperatures will range from the low 90s to around 100° across the state, with peak heat indices will generally ranging from 96–108°. If t’storm activity and clouds fail to be enough of a hindrance, temperatures may reach above forecast levels across Northern Illinois.
